The weaving is done and the sewing is in progress for tomorrow morning’s Weave, Cut and Sew Fashion Show on the Sophie Studio Boardwalk at about 10 a.m., if you’d like to attend. Here’s a sneak preview at some of the fabrics and garments:

The basketmakers showed the process of making their hexagonal paper baskets to the weavers this afternoon:
Next week, we’ll have beginning basketmakers here with the “We Can Fix It!” instructors, Kay Normann and Drew Tibbetts. Also, Mary Fons will be teaching her first class at Sievers titled Beginning Quilter’s “Boot Camp”. It will be another great week!
